Throughout Japan, many may be surprised to discover that the Japanese do not eat sushi every day, but in Japanese cuisine, there are many typical Japanese dishes that are definitely worth a try, being in the land of the rising sun.

Udon (wheat noodles)
Noodles “Udon” is used in soups, as an ingredient in complex dishes and as a separate dish, usually in a liquid sauce, with various spices. Most noodles made from wheat flour, but special types it is prepared from other ingredients, including beans.
Udon is usually served hot, for example, in cake soup-Udon (kake udon), which is made on the basis of Dashi stock, seasoned soy sauce and mirin and green onions sprinkled on top. Also to cake-can add Udon tempura, tofu, fried with sugar, mirin and soy sauce, or fish fingers kamaboko. To taste you can add citime-togarashi.

The Korean People’sDemocratic people’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) or North Korea is a country in East Asia, located in the North of the Korean Peninsula. The country’s territory is 120,5 thousand sq. km On land, it borders with China and Russia in the North and to the South by 38th parallel — with South Korea. The Koreans are the absolute majority of the population of approximately 24.8 million people. And there are minorities: around 55000 Chinese and 2,000 Japanese. North Korea is a country closed type with paramilitary totalitarian regime. The power in it belongs to the workers ‘ Party of Korea headed by the General secretaries of the family, first on account of them — Kim Il-Sung. The state was formed in 1948 on 9 September, having been essentially a response to education in the South of the Korean Peninsula the Republic of Korea with a Pro-American government. After the Korean war in 1953, both countries are in the “cold” confrontation with repeated military interventions on both sides, especially in the area of the zone demarcation on the 38th parallel.

spicy carrots with our markets and the stories about dog meat as a local delicacy. Unfortunately, myths often hide from us the reality…
One look at Seoul, the capital of South Korea, enough to agree: the state is indeed full of surprises! The first thing that catches your eye – hundreds of groups and placed singly skyscrapers.
